3.4 Philippine Mobile Number Requirement. A valid, verifiable Philippine mobile number is required for account registration. This number is used for OTP-based authentication, withdrawal verification, and responsible gaming communications. One mobile number may be associated with only one fb775 account.

7.1 Game Outcomes. All fb775 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or operate under live dealer conditions with verified equipment. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated by fb775. 7.2 Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb775 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

All content on the fb775 Platform, including but not limited to the fb775 brand name, logo, software, game content, text, graphics, interface design, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of fb775 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of fb775 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 The fb775 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb775 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 fb775 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds due to unauthorized account access caused by a Member's failure to maintain credential security; (b) losses arising from game outcomes, including large or consecutive losses during normal Platform operation; (c) interruptions in Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events; (d) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits fb775's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
11.1 Age Restriction. fb775 strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum gambling age of 21 years. All Members must be 21 or older to register and maintain an account.
11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. fb775 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible through the account settings panel: (a) Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps; (b) Session Time Limits — alerts and automatic session termination after a set period; (c) Cooling-Off Periods — temporary platform access suspension from 24 hours to 30 days; (d) Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the fb775 Platform, applied immediately and irrevocably upon request.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request self-exclusion by contacting fb775 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. fb775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account without prior notice where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) requested identity verification documents have not been provided within the stipulated period; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) fb775 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon account closure, any verified funds held in the account will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding obligations, subject to applicable verification requirements.
fb775 may update these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via registered contact details and/or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of fb775 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the fb775 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. Should direct negotiation fail within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to mediation administered under the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO). If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
